Connect your Google account once
The player streams from your own Drive, so it needs permission to read it. Videos play in Google's player; transcripts are read through the Drive API.
- Open Google Cloud console and create a project, any name.
- In APIs & Services > Library, search Google Drive API and enable it.
- In APIs & Services > OAuth consent screen, choose External, fill in the app name and your email, and add your own Google address under Test users.
- In Credentials, create an OAuth client ID of type Web application. Under Authorized JavaScript origins add
https://yakubuyinusat.github.io. - Copy the client ID, it ends in
.apps.googleusercontent.com, and paste it below.
